FROM THE DEANThe Helen Bader School of Social Welfare provides unique scholarship opportunities for both criminal justice and social work students. I strongly encourage you to consider applying for one or more of these opportunities, as scholarships can provide much needed financial assistance to students in the pursuit of their educational goals.

SCHOLARSHIPS provide additional financial support for eligible students. Through the generosity and vision of friends, alumni and faculty, the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare has established scholarships through the UWM Foundation for the benefit of its students. These scholarships are in addition to those available through UWM’s Financial Aid Office and the Graduate School.
