Request #1: Please endeavor to transmit your school bus safety audit documents, including the engagement leAer or contract for the auditor. Response: Please find aAached two pdf documents received from Mark Eggers with the Florida Department of EducaGon which includes a leAer to Dr. Joyner dated May 23, 2007 from the Florida Department of EducaGon, as well as their Final Report from the 20062007 audit. This is the latest audit or monitoring report completed and available. Request #2: If your audits are performed internally without outside verificaGon, I would request the names, content informaGon and curriculum vitae establishing qualificaGons for each member of your internal safety audit team. Response: No such documents exist, but we are in possession of 28day maintenance inspecGons reports for each bus. As explained in my email of December 11, 2016, if you would like to receive copies of those reports there will be a cost and I have provided an esGmate which is aAached. A 50 percent deposit will be required to begin copying and retrieving these reports. Request #3: Please also transmit a copy of your school bus safety policies and your safety audit policy and/or schedule. Response:AAached please find our Safe Operator Plan. Sincerely,
