MGT, MJLM and comptroller all signed off on report yesterday.
Both Afton reps left early and
therefore, don't have the benefit of the 1.5 days of
conversation.
Afton is continuing to have issue with anything that doesn't
agree with their reporting or
perspective. I am working with them today. I fear their
insistence and their "tit for tat" approach
has the potential of neutering the recommendations of this
report. I will call Monday with an
update.
If I agree to make too many changes, it re-opens the possibility
that the other consultants won't
sign off.
Interesting, but not surprising.
Please don't forward this email to anyone...could be damaging to

Looks like from my end that I did not attach the reports. I am

I would love to visit to fill the details of the negotiations
