Accompanying Teachers: School bookings receive one complimentary teacher ticket for every ten students. Additional teachers are charged at student prices.

1. When making a reservation, please indicate if any specific seating needs are required. Please note: for large school events, seating may not be allocated and school groups will be seated on a ‘first in, first seated’ basis.

2. Please be aware that we will ask you for your FINAL NUMBERS three business days before the event, in order for invoicing and payment to occur in a timely manner. Therefore, it is necessary that any permission notes provided to students for the event must have a return date before this three day mark. Please note: once an invoice has been prepared, numbers cannot be changed.

3. Ensure you have read the LINKS TO THE CLASSROOM Guide for the event and requested any resources or further information available.

4. Provide the names of staff who attend the event to the Box Office in order for a Certificate of Attendance to be provided for Professional Development Records.
