BA(H) with specialization in Digital Humanities combines the scholastic knowledge of various disciplines with the learning of software and skills that equip the students for application of their knowledge on various digital platforms.Students with specialization in DH are trained in the usage of textual interpretation & analysis with digital knowledge in web design & blogging, desktop publishing, text ecoding, data visualization and digital editing. It focuses on the digital revolution for the reading of literary texts. It allows the students to combine the digital with creative writing, film and major literary periods.
Students pursuing undergraduate degree at SOHS in any discipline has a chance to start preparation for the Competitive Examination (UPSC)/ Banking/ Insurance/ Railways SSC and Central/ State Govt from the best the experienced academicians.

Doctor of Philosophy The applicant should have a postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned subject from a recognized Indian University, or a postgraduate degree approved by the Association of Indian Universities/UGC/AICTE with not less than 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale.
