1. Do you have a bullying policy?

Yes, we definitely do – and we actively implement our Bullying Prevention and Student Engagement and Wellbeing policies.

The school’s policies are an important place to articulate the school community’s shared understanding of bullying and how best to respond, and the agreed preventative and responsive strategies to be implemented within the school. They foster collaboration between home and school to counter bullying and to improve engagement.

Bullying. NO WAY!

2. What are IB and PYP?

We follow the Victorian Curriculum Framework and within this incorporate the Primary Years Programme (PYP), which is part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.

PYP develops students’ academic, social and emotional wellbeing, focusing on international-mindedness and strong personal values. The PYP nurtures independent learning skills and encourages every student to take responsibility for their learning.

Students work to consider the links between who we are, where we are in place and time, how the world works, how we express ourselves, how we organize ourselves and how we share the planet.
