MANAGING ASSETS

Passtab allows you to monitor who has borrowed items such as keys,

first aid kits, EpiPens, laptops and equipment. As the date of return

is approaching, Passtab will automatically send a notification to the

person reminding them when the item is due back.

To make the process of borrowing and returning faster, Passtab lets

you assign a QR code to each item to facilitate scanning.

An emergency incident requires speed, accuracy, and

accountability. In an emergency, Passtab delivers fast,

accurate reporting of everyone signed into or

out of your school. Authorised staff are able to view live

reports using their mobile phones and highlight each

person’s name as they are accounted for.

• Real-time emergency list for access from any internet

connected device.

• Accessible by multiple staff for high coverage during

an emergency.

During an emergency lockdown, Passtab gives you the tools to

receive an official “clear” or “not clear” from each staff member.

If you require a student count, each staff member can also submit

the number of students presently in their care. All submitted data

All data transmitted between the app/browser

and server is fully encrypted using the industry

standard TLS 1.2 protocol.

Data retention

All your account data is stored indefinitely while

your account is active. If you close your account,

we delete the account data after 60 days.

Security precautions

All Passtab data is securely encrypted at rest

and continually replicated across fault-tolerant

and self-healing database servers for maximum

reliability. No credit card details are stored.
