TOUGHENED GLASS – 5-YEAR GUARANTEEToughened glass is used in all Schott Termofrost’s doors.Continuous development work is carried out in thelaboratory and the performance of products is examinedunder uneven load and slam tests. We offer a 5 yearguarantee of no condensation between glass panelson all models.

APPROVALSchott Termofrost fronts for cold storage rooms are CE-marked according to European regulations.

Schott Termofrost AB – standard assortmentThe Schott Termofrost AB standard assortment covers acomplete range of insulated glass doors for both normalcold storage and deep freeze storage rooms. The doorsare available in two heights – 1601 and 1801 mm –and two widths – 660 and 760 mm, suitable for use insupermarkets as well as in smaller shops.

Schott Termofrost AB standard assortment is suppliedin frame modules with 1 to 4 doors in each frame (fivedoor frame module can be ordered on request). Theintegrated lighting gives a well spread and attractivelight over the whole display area.

The doors are self-closing and reversible (right-handhinged is standard) with toughened safety glass. Theframe and door frame are manufactured from natureanodised aluminum.

For deep freeze storage roomsSchott Termofrost AB models for deep freeze storagerooms are designed for storing products at temperaturesas low as -25 C°. Combined with the Flexi-Shelf shelvingsystem, you get an elegant and practical display of fro-zen products, and you can make more effective use ofthe shop area. Customers will feel more confident thatyour products are being stored at the right temperature,and you will achieve major saving in energy comparedwith open gondolas.

Schott Termofrost AB models for deep-freeze storage(LT model) feature a 3-pane glass door with toughenedinner and outer glass panes. Heating cables in the frameand door frame, and electrically heated glass eliminatecondensation.

For cold storage roomsSchott Termofrost AB models for cold storage rooms areour most common models for displaying dairy products,drinks, flowers, and other similar products that need tobe stored at temperatures as low as +4 C°.

Combined with the Flexi-Shelf shelving system, youget an elegant and practical display of frozen products,and you can make more effective use of the shop area.

The cold storage model is available in two versions,with or without heating in the frame and door frame.Heating cables are not usually required for keeping theglass free from condensation (the NT model) but, wherethe ambient conditions are more demanding with highertemperatures or air humidity, you should choose theNTH model which can also be used in cold storagerooms at temperatures as low as +2 C°.

Roll-In is ideally installed in cold storage roomswhere you want to be able to handle andmanoeuvre heavy container trolleys through thedoor openings.

These are very practical for use in cold storagerooms with limited space, and also when youwant to increase the storage capacity behind theshelving system.

The Roll-In is 1903 mm high, and is installedwithout a foundation. Supplied in three differentmodules with single door, twin doors, or as a pairof doors without any centre pillar, this gives maxi-mum display area and extensive freedom tohandle containers.

The doors are self-closing and have condensa-tion-free, toughened safety glass. Lighting isincluded.

Roll-In helps to simplify handling of containersand gives large storage capacity in the coldstorage room.

Maxi-Twin

Maxi-Twin is the ideal cold storage room door for smallprovision shops and roadside shops. Featuring two 45 cm doors in pairs, you can achieve a large exposureand display area without the doors obstructingmanoeuvrability in the shop when they are open.

In small shops with a slower rate of product turnoverit is naturally very important to keep running costs lowand prevent products from perishing as a result ofbeing stored at the wrong temperature. Maxi-Twinoffers you a good, safe, and effective solution for yourcold storage rooms. The doors are also module mat-ched to 45 cm dairy containers.

Maxi-Twin is supplied with pairs of doors as an intro-ductory module, or as an add-to module with 2-panetoughened safety glass.

An elegant and versatile shelving system for storingchilled and frozen products. Flexi Shelf allows you tocreate an attractive and logical display and makesreplenishing of stocks and warehouse handling allthat much easier.

Flexi Shelf is a complete system, with accessoriesincluding telescopic container stop, price markingstrip, article code strip, pin-pack, impact basket oncarrier, etc. Flexi Shelf is tailor-made to SchottTermofrost door widths and easy to install.

Flexi Shelf is replenished from the rear, which ensures the principle of first in – first out. Add self-feeding gravity shelves and you will always have awell-stocked display front. You will also be able tosee directly when the shelves in the cold storageroom need replenishing.
