Instructions for the oral scientific presentations 1. The preferred format for oral presentations will be MS power point
presentation (2007 compatible) in 35 mm or landscape orientation 2. The presentations for the sessions will have to be uploaded in speaker’s
preview room located next to the Regency Ball room at least 2 hours prior to session. The presentations not uploaded on schedule will not be allowed. This is being done to allow smooth functioning of scientific sessions. Delegates of 9:00 am session on 01-10-2017 must upload their presentation at 8:00 am. Laptops will be provided
3. The duration of presentation for all the papers in student category is 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion. Faculty and Guest Speakers are requested to adhere to the allocated time slots (For details please refer to the personal communication/ attached detailed scientific schedule)
4. Certificates of presentation will be provided only at the end of each session by chairpersons
