• Engaged with Public Health Wales, Micropathology, Norfolk and Norwich, Gateshead, Alder Hey, Western Sussex, One Dorset, Coventry and Warwickshire..
• Also, outside of the UK…. Guernsey, Cork, Dublin (Mater) and laboratories across Europe, US & Middle East.

National update –Microbiology, Histopathology, Genomics
• Microbiology: Integrated Care System project deliverables.
• Histopathology: Centre’s of Excellence across the UK. NPEx is engaged with NPIC.
• Genomics: Currently installing in 4 of the 7 Genomics Laboratory Hubs in England. Also, in discussions with NHS England Genomics Unit.

Transferring Complex Data Sets - Genomics
• Definition• WGS and non-WGS across the recently formed Genomics
Laboratory Hubs (GLHs) in England.
• Challenge• Industrialisation – integrating ordering ability into existing systems
• Request and report definition suitable for end users
• Messaging standards. HL7 v2, FHIR?
• Solution approach• National level engaging GLHs and local Trusts

EQA for Point of Care Testing
• Definition• Automate the return of EQA reports to EQA providers, removing
the need for transcription and eliminating error.
• Challenge• Not all laboratories use LIMS to return POCT results to clinical
records.
• The transactional relationship differs (order to report).
• Solution approach• Run a POC with a local laboratory and an EQA provider.

• Fairer pricing based usage rather than 1 size fits all
• You will have the opportunity earn credits to your account for the more tests your refer
• As new functionality is released – no module charges
• Moving forward offers greater flexibility for your operation
• No large maintenance price increases on functionality – just pay for what you use
