Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) Amendment

To transpose the provisions of Commission Directive 2015/1787 impacting on spring water and bottled drinking water by amending Annex II of Council Directive 1998/83 (the Drinking Water Directive) . This removes the need for local authority check and audit monitoring as it is considered that existing requirements in other food safety legislation are sufficient.
