What are some of the things that you value in an employer?

Knowledge, skills, and ability are the most important thing for a employee and if I have used those thing in your company definitely I create value in your company. Critical thinking, leadership power, and dynamic thinkining power those responsibilities can make value in an employer.

How would you describe your work style and your work ethic?

Critical thinking, innovative way, dynamic power, leadership power those things are related in my work style. And my work ethic is done by appropriate time, appropriate way, appropriate place and thinking.

When I join as an Admin executive I know how can I treat our organization and also I know the current trends in this filed.

Hard working, innovative thinking, leadership, motivational, good communication skill, interpersonal skill, punctuality, I always maintain those activity and I believe that those activity make an employee perfect.

What challenges do you foresee in this type of job and how would you overcome them?

When your organization give me a chance to maintain Admin executive task and that which challenges I will face I can understand because every organization has rules and regulation and I handle those situation as a Admin executive.

What are the clues you have come to recognize you are under too much stress?

Attitude, Behavior, Normal, Physical situation, upset in those clues my Boss will realize that I am in stress.

When your organization give me a chance to join in your organization in that time I will give your answer but as an employee should always feel comfortable to contracting his Boss,Peers,Subordinates and Customers.

If I can prove me as a asset in my organization that time my Boss definitely say the positive site but when I cannot prove me that time Boss will obviously say my negative site.

Describe an instance when you had to overcome a difficult situation. How did you do it?

As An Admin executive always face the difficult situation but I have the ability to face those problem as a hr motive, and always treat the organization as my highest ability. I can do it when I have 100% dedication, faithful in my organization.

What do you like most about your current position? Why? What do you like least? Why?

If I can get a chance to join as Admin executive position, I like this position because this is a challenging job and always time fulfill those challenges this is very exciting and also to have the ability to bear the stress in this position for these reason I like this position very much as a Admin student.

When did you last receive feedback at work that made you feel proud? When did you receive criticism that upset you?

I feel proud obviously when my Boss give me the positive feedback it occurs when I can get a chance to join in your organization but when I can get criticism as feedback I cannot upset because always time I can handle different situation and I can understand my error as a popular speech that-“ Failure is the success of pillar.”And I believe that.

Describe a situation where multi-tasking was necessary to complete a specific goal. How did you feel about that situation?

In that situation is face in the organization when some of the employees work together in a group to complete specific goal in that situation every employee has give their opinion to do this work but in this situation as perfect Admin I can leading all the employee and give the better guide and better decision which is preferred by all the group member in this way I can handle this situation.

As new comer in the job market I have not idea but as Admin executive in your organization and policy or rules which you give me I will be satisfied.

What resources do you use to manage your time? May we see it in a follow-up interview?

As a punctual man I will always try to manage my time in working sector which is needed for my job responsibility.

What is your motivation to succeed?

As a hardworking person, motivational power, punctuality,creativity,time consuming, interpersonal skill, communication skill analytical thinking those things are motivate me to succeed in always time.

What do you need your next employer to provide for you to succeed?

When my subordinate helps me to give positive attitude, continual learning, co-operation, and positive motivation, open minded, helping mind that time I will succeed in my working position.
