A Product Owner is the team member responsible for product delivery. They serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the Scrum Team and own/manage the backlog. The Scrum Product Owner Certification (SPOC™) is a course for leaders who may already be Product Owners and want to learn how to apply agile practices to their role. This course is not just for technology experts. While Scrum is popular in the IT industry and within IT teams, it is used effectively across disciplines and industries. There are no formal prerequisites for this certification. However, it is preferable to complete the Scrum Developer Certified (SDC™) or Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) course offered by SCRUMStudy. Objectives: • To teach students higher level adaptive leadership and communication skills to manage the relationships among stakeholders and their Scrum Team • To teach students prioritization skills that will enable them to manage the Scrum Team’s backlog towards the goal of delivering product Fee: The cost of the course is $249.
