Since there is no charge for this event, you are asked to bring an unwrapped Christmas gift to support the Toys for Tots. A flag flown over the U. S. Capitol Building, donated by the Kustoffs, is one of our impressive Chinese Auction items.
Become a new member or renew your membership in SCRWC conveniently at our Membership Drive Table.
You will be able to participate in a Chinese Auction. Be sure to purchase many tickets! A cash wine bar will be available.
Representatives from the USMC will be our guests to
collect Toys for Tots.
We had so much to be thankful for in November. Entering the Christmas Season, we have even more to be thankful for, the birth of our Savior-Jesus. SCRWC members are looking forward in anticipation to its Christmas Tea and outstanding Chinese Auction. I have personally viewed many of these items. You can believe me that you will NEED many of them. Remember to bring an unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots. Our menu for the tea is lighter than our regular luncheon buffet. Even though there is no charge for the Christmas Tea buffet, we still NEED your reservation. A few items of which you need to be aware: Beginning January 2019, our luncheon buffet price for our monthly meetings will increase to $25.00. Note that our January meeting will be on the THIRD Tuesday, January 15. We plan to achieve many goals in SCRWC in 2019. Please renew your membership at the Christmas Tea. We need you, your ideas, and your presence with us in 2019.

Thank you so much for my beautiful pewter gifts presented to me from the board at the November meeting. It has been my pleasure to serve as President of SCRWC for 2018. We anticipate a great 2019 as we move onward and upward together.
Happy Holidays, ladies! Let’s make it happy for all the children too and bring an unwrapped toy to the Christmas tea. We will also be passing the basket around for Monetary donations to Alpha Omega. Thank you all so much for last month. We collected more last month than we’ve collected all year! Merry Christmas to all!

The Primary Election for the special election in TN Senate Dist 32 will be Thursday, Jan. 24. Deadline for candidates to qualify is NOON, Dec. 13th. Early voting for the Primary Election begins Jan 4. Election Day is March 12. The writ calling for the election was signed by the governor on Nov 26.

SCRWC has had a wonderful and successful year!!! So we begin a New Year 2019 by renewing our membership dues at the Christmas Tea on December 11. We are following the NFRW motto of EACH ONE BRING ONE. So if each member would bring one new member into SCRWC, we would double our membership from 138 to 276 members! We can do this!! Thanks to all of you for working so hard this year!!! See you on December 11th with your check, cash or credit card!!

Our January meeting will be on the third Tuesday, January 15 because the Country Club is closed the first two weeks of the year.
The price of our bountiful, buffet lunches will be increasing to $25 for 2019 beginning in January.
