Company Profile: Founded in December 2002, Beijing SOJO Electric Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock high-tech enterprise, whose registered capital is 276 million RMB. Currently there are more than 700 employees. The headquarter is located at Silicon Valley of China-Zhongguancun Shangdi Information Industry Zone, Beijing. SOJO is mainly engaged in the research, production, sales and export of power distribution equipment and automation equipment in the field of 35kV (or lower) power transmission and distribution networks.

In April, 2015, SOJO was officially listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) (Stock Code: 300444; Stock name: SOJO Electric).

Through more than 12 years, SOJO constantly grows in strength; its products are applied in over 97% of provinces and municipalities of China, wining wide applause from users. In 2009 and 2010, 2-year continuous, SOJO has been named as "Top 12 Best Innovated SMEs in Z-Park" and 3-year continuous named as "Forbes China Best SMEs". SOJO is the first batch of domestic companies which independently research and produce compact switchgear, has nearly hundred products including switching station, ring main unit , sectionalising cabinet, overhead switchgear, medium and low voltage switchboard, intelligent switchgear, power distribution remote monitoring system, fault detection equipment, cable accessories and etc. The products such as switching station, ring main unit, cable distribution cabinet, secondary substation, pole mounted switch and etc. are intensively and stably used in the State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and their sub-companies of province levels or municipal levels, power plant, wind power industry, railway and aviation industry, petroleum and chemical industry, mining industry and other industries.

Since the establishment of SOJO Electric, it commits itself to research and develop green, clean energy and environmentally friendly products. In 2007, SOJO became the first Chinese company introducing solid Insulated metal enclosed switchgear, an exclusive patent possessed product, which broke the monopoly market status of SFs switchgear to realize the clean energy and environment protection of power distribution switches. The product has gained a series of international patents and four domestic patents, has been listed in the National Key New Product, Beijing Independent Innovation Product Category and "Beijing Torch Project" Key Promoting New Product Category, taking leading place of international and domestic markets.

The factory is located at Huairou Yanqi Economic Development Area. The land area of factory is 53360 sqm, the building area is 30800 sqm. SOJO's factories have advanced production equipments and testing equipments, such as Helium leak detector, salt spray chamber, current generator and etc. There are more than 100 technical engineers and relevant technical staffs, which form a young team with strength and potential providing high quality services in the power distribution industry.

SOJO's second phase factory had put into operation on Nov.11th, 2013 After it came into production, SOJO has the largest solid insulated switchgear manufacture base in China and the newly increased production value will be over 1 billion RMB.

In the future 3 to 5 years, SOJO will keep its steps in the production of power transmission and distribution equipments and control systems, focused on the market segment of switchgear which will be the direction of business development. Moreover, the high value-added products will take over 70% of SOJO's revenue. LDF - 0.4 series low voltage sectionalising cabinet adopts composite

material for enclosure and busbar insulation material; the cabinet can

be freely configured under customers' requirements. It can be used as

switchboard, sectionaliser, metering box, control box, or power supply

box. The cabinet is compact, easily assembled; and all components are

shielded and insulated. Therefore, it is touchable and no hazardous of

• A New Generation of Switchgear

SOJO commenced the research and development of non-gas MV switchgears in the year of 2005. Through marketing research and electrified analysis, it was discovered that solid insulation has a wider application as compared to the traditional SFs gas insulation, and the solid insulation technology is more stable than gas insulation under extreme circumstances. SOJO also discovered potential substitutes for insulation, such as the vacuum interrupter, and high-quality solid insulation materials. SOJO's first solid insulation application started in the year of 2007, and with the creation of SVI (Solid, Vacuum, Intelligent) Switchgear, it gained astounding performance records over the years, supporting key projects for utility companies, oil industries, railways, mining, and aviation industries. Striving for international markets, SOJO passed KEMA type test in 2012, complete type test certificate granted. The 2nd generation of SVI Switchgear was launched in November 2013, structurally customized and optimized for SOJO's '57' Express automated production line for greater accuracy and production volume. This new production line is able to produce 30,000 panels a year, allows a margin error of only 0.5mm, and has a shorter assembly time of only 7 minutes. The 24kV SVI Switchgear was also introduced in the same year, increasing variety and flexibility for consumers. In the year of 2015, SOJO launched 36kV SVI switchgear further complete the product line of solid insulated switchgears.

Ring Main Units - switches can be freely assembled in a completely sealed tank filled with SFs gas, which could be both manual and motor operation. FTU/ RTU is operational. Switchgear is divided as top unit and down unit. Top unit includes main switch compartment, main busbar compartment and metering compartment; Down unit includes primary components compartment, cable compartment, and earth switch. The top unit and down unit are separated by metal board.

The vacuum interrupter and load break switch are protected using embedded pole technology. The epoxy resin casts protect them against contamination and condensation. The insulation ability is also improved as well as the size of the switchgear being reduced.

Isolator switch's position is visible through viewing window at the top unit. Operation security is protected by interlocking devices.

Operation mechanism adopts small spring mechanisms, which is able to be assembled and adjusted in separate the main switch.

There is a vacuum interrupter inside the circuit breaker. General Description

) ) ) ) ) Current Temperature Fault Indicator

HR - 2PE - TL Current temperature fault indicator is used to monitor the short circuit fault,

earth fault, real time 3 phases current, 3 phases cables' temperature. The remote sensors

transmit packaged data at setting time and setting periods to indicator through DTU/RTU.

The indicator has LCD screen to show the current and temperature readings. Fault alarms

are also showed on the screen.

HR-2PE-TL Current &Temperature LCD panel type fault indicator is consisted by main device

(indicator with LCD screen), 3 pieces of short circuit temperature sensors, 1 piece of earth

fault current temperature sensor and one power adapter (DC 24V or AC220V power supply).

Short circuit current temperature sensor and earth current temperature sensor are connected

to indicator through cables. Data can be transmitted to remote terminal through 485 bus.

• Main Functions Short-circuit alarm indication: short circuit sensor detects the circuit current, when

there is a fault, the sensor will send out the signal when DTU/RTU polling to sensor, the alarm

will be then displayed at the LCD screen.

Earth fault alarm indication: earth fault sensor detects the circuit's zero-sequence

current value; when there is a fault, the earth current reach or exceeds the setting value, sensor

will send out the signal when DTU/RTU pooling to sensor, the alarm will be then displayed at

the LCD screen.

Cable temperature indication: Cable temperature real time showed on the LCD

screen and can be sent to remote terminal by DTU/RTU.

Load current indication: Load current real time showed on the LCD screen and can be

sent to remote terminal by DTU/RTU.

Automatic reset function: when the indicator is alarmed, if it is not reset manually. The

indicator will be automatically reset.

Manual reset function: when the indicator is alarmed, it can be reset by hold the "Reset/

Tesf' button for 1 s to deactivate the alarm.

Remote Reset: the indicator can also be reset by receiving DTU/RTU remote reset signal.

Power Supply Adapter: AC 220V or DC 24V power supply available for selection.
