Dear Business Owner or Manager,  

My name is Jessica Thomas, co‐owner of Agway of Cape Cod and organizer of Paw Palooza – a fun and exciting dog festival to benefit our region’s nonprofit animal welfare organizations and shelters – the Animal Rescue League of Boston and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.  The 2nd Annual "Paw Palooza" takes place this July 15 & 16 at Dennis‐Yarmouth High School. Last year's event was an overwhelming success, drawing more than 6,000 people (and hundreds of dogs) and cementing this event as the region’s largest dog festival! This year we’re going even bigger and better with more attractions, activities and entertainment. 

I am writing in hopes that you will consider assisting with Paw Palooza. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with your market!   

More About Paw Palooza  The festival’s featured attraction is the high‐flying action of a DockDogs tournament, with competitors and

spectators coming from New England and beyond to compete and watch.

A packed schedule of family/dog/kid‐friendly activities include frisbee dog shows, police K9 demos, agility shows,seminars, face painting, kids games, doggie facials and massages, a puppy pool pavilion, doggie playground, foodtrucks, huge raffle, prizes, and much, much more.

More than 70 companies, from large national pet product manufacturers to local craftsmen of handmade collarsand leads participated last year through sponsorships and vendor booth opportunities.

We have an extremely strong and comprehensive marketing campaign to promote Paw Palooza including Radio,TV, Newspapers, Magazines, PR campaigns, online/social media, and of course significant grass roots campaigningin high‐traffic businesses across the Cape.  The event also draws significant editorial coverage from newspapers.

Expected attendance is at least 10,000 dog owners, enthusiasts, and DockDogs competitors – from Cape residents,tourists, second homeowners, and weekend visitors.

Paw Palooza Terms & Conditions• The Agway of Cape Cod Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Your sponsorship is

tax-deductible.• Payment in full must be received to guarantee your sponsorship and event inclusion. Deadline for payment is

June 15, 2017.• Once confirmed, sponsors and vendors are 100% committed to payment. No refunds will be issued, even in the

event vendor/sponsor does not occupy the space. Event will proceed rain-or-shine.• All Sponsors at the Best in Show level are required to provide a raffle prize with a retail value of at least $250. Top

Dog and Go Fetch! sponsor levels are encouraged to provide a raffle prize. Prize must be confirmed with raffle coordinator by June 1 and items are due to Agway by June 20, 2017.

• Agway of Cape Cod reserves the right to reject or restrict any sponsor or vendor.• Sponsor/Vendors are responsible to obtain any necessary permits from the town of Yarmouth in order to con-

form to building inspector’s, health department’s, fire department’s, and all local, regional, state, and federal regulations.

• Sponsor/Vendors will be present at event for both days during the full duration of festival hours.• All belongings will be removed from the high school property no later than 5pm on Sunday, July 16th.• Vehicles will not be permitted to drive on the festival grounds or park their vehicles next to their booths. No

exceptions. • Electricity is not provided.• Sponsor/Vendor’s area will be left in same condition as when they arrived.• Sponsor/Vendor is responsible to bring any rented items from booth location to the designated return area (on/

near parking lot) no later than 5pm on Sunday July 16th.• The only donations allowed at booths are to benefit the festival beneficiaries: The Animal Rescue League of

Boston’s Brewster shelter and the MSPCA’s Cape Cod shelter. Collected donations will be submitted to the event treasurer and distributed equally to the beneficiaries. Any exceptions must have the express written consent from the event chair - Jessica Thomas.

• Use of Paw Palooza and Agway of Cape Cod logos is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of P. Wiles Inc, dba Agway of Cape Cod or a representative of the Agway of Cape Cod Charitable Foundation.

• Paw Palooza will be providing overnight security on Friday July 14th and Saturday July 15th. However, the event organizers, Agway of Cape Cod and any related agents are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

• Sponsor/Vendor assumes all responsibility for loss, theft, or destruction of goods or personal injuries to them-selves, employees, agents, representatives or visitors. He/she will hold harmless Agway of Cape Cod, Agway of Cape Cod Charitable Foundation, Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School district, and the Town of Yarmouth.
