appropriate sanction will followOther preventive measures: Curfew, Restriction of

use of vehicles, out of bound premises/Off limit areas, Conduct and discipline training, Code of conduct.

REPARATIONTo the victim- Psychological and medical supports- Financial support- Mediation with the family and the community for social reinsertion The family and the community - Mediation - Sensitization on their right and the reprimand of SEA perpetrators

CONCLUSIONIn conflict and post conflict zones more than

everybody, children and women are vulnerable.

The conflicts disorganize the society and his main component the family cell

Peace keepers and humanitarian aid workers have to maintain a high profile of ethic and conduct in this environment

Strong preventive measures and sanctions are indispensable to discourage SEA candidates
