Process Time Lines• NWB Issues Guideline to the proponent: 30 days• Revised Water Licence Application: Applicant driven• Review for Conformity to Guidelines: 15 Days• Notice of Application / Technical Review, and

Project Specific Considerations

2AM-DOH0713 (Anticipated amendment No.2)– Commence construction of additional fuel storage &

containment facility by March 2011– Approval to construct other components by June 2011– Use of quarried rock during construction– Construct a short all-weather road bypassing airstrip

and extend airstrip
