o Studied, learnt then executed the materials management process including:Receiving process:

- Chose were to stage incoming material then acted as a spotter for operator while material was off loaded.

- Compiled Packing Slips, Way Bills, MTR’s and Certifications. Crosschecked these documents with what was actually shipped. Filled out a Pre-receiving report and MRR report. I then created an MRR package that I then gave to an admin who would enter all info into JDE and then upload documents onto SharePoint.

- Dealt with vendors and QA/QC to report and correct issues with delivery paperwork or material. This sometimes involved quarantining any shipments which had missing or incorrect paperwork until the issue was solved.

Bagging and Tagging (picking) Process: - -Picked and compiled material into small issuable packages for an entire FIWP

Issuing Process:

- Issued/delivered equipment, materials, and completed FIWP material packages to the work fonts. This involved getting signatures from field personnel to signify that the materials group was no longer in care, custody and control of that material/equipment.

Proposal Coordinator: September 2013- November 2014URS (formerly Flint Energy Services) Calgary, AB

o Assisted the communications team develop, construct and implement a Proposal Toolbox Resource (website) for the Regional offices to use when creating their proposals.

o Managed/coordinated several proposals under $10M and Master Service Agreements (MSA's) Proposals.

o Coordinate/ managed/ supported several regional operating center proposals ($5M and below). This involved leading/coaching operating center project managers/estimators threw URS's internal proposal process then creating, collecting and compiling all proposal documents for submission.

o Was tasked with managing the first 2 FSSL (scaffolding and Insulation) Proposals ever completed independently. The first proposal was for a $5M CNRL Horizon Insulation project. The other a $10M Project for Air Liquid at the CNRL Horizon site.

o This involved developing the proposal strategy then executing the proposal strategy, running all proposal meetings, working with the PM and Senior Management to determine best pricing structure, Labour rates, Profit and OH fee’s to propose. Also had input with regards to the estimate.

o Assisted proposal managers with $15M-$50M proposals through all stages of the proposal process.o This Included:

Having to read and understand all RFP documents including: Instructions to bidders, Scope of Work, T & C’s, the client’s policies, procedures, and execution plans.

Creating Gate 1, kick off Meeting, Bid Strategy meeting, Peer Review meeting and Gate 2 powerpoint presentations.

Communicating deliverables to the appropriate functions Collecting proposal deliverables from the appropriate functions. Organize and add all deliverables and documents on sharepoint. Setting up DSP, risk mitigation, indirect plan documents Tailoring the CEP and other templates to fit that of the current proposal. Set up and participate in several kinds of meetings including, risk management, competition

analysis, contract review, bid strategy and estimate meetings.

Project Coordinator: Front end Planning January - February 2014URS Flint (formerly Flint Energy Services)

o Showed great adaptability when pulled out of proposals suddenly for 2 months to coordinate the front end planning of the Keyera De-ethanizer Addition – Mechanical project.

o Entailed hosting a meeting every morning with the font end planning team (11+ people) to review and update the action items list and make a game plan for the day.

o Collected deliverables, made sure they were in the proper URS template and created the Gate 3 PowerPoint presentation.

o Motivated people to get their deliverables on time by routinely walking around asking where they were at with their deliverables and if there was anything I could do to help them.

Included using JD Edwards software to print past proposal cost reports. Worked with the Growth and Sustainability Director to determine what graphs and

information he wanted to see from the data for tracking and reporting purposes. Analyzed and presented the findings/trends of past proposal costs to the Director of

o Showed commitment & flexibility by working 12 hr shifts on an alternating day/night schedule; worked independently, and was trained and trusted by superiors to provide vacation coverage for the field operators.

o Completed weekly process and equipment audits for 110 sour gas well sites located adjacent to north east Calgary. Investigated equipment & well failures for mechanical and electrical problems, including very large compressor engines; trouble shot problems, shut down or restarted equipment & contacted control room.
