Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients into bowl and whisk. Combine wet ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients on slow speed until combined. Put a small handful of buckwheat flour onto clean surface and put dough on top. Roll until ¼–½ inch thick. Take cookie cutter and cut out shapes. Put cutouts onto cookie sheet. Continue to roll out and cut shapes from left over dough until dough has been used. Bake for 12–15 minutes. Top with icing if desired.

Ingredients:450 ml unfiltered, organic Apple juice225 ml Craberry juice1 drop Lemon Essential Oil3 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil2 toothpicks Cinnamon Essential Oil*2 toothpicks Clove Essential Oil*1 toothpick Ginger Essential Oil*

* Insert toothpick into the opening of the Essential Oil bottle for one toothpick of Essential Oil.

Directions:Add Apple juice, Cranberry juice, Wild Orange and Lemon to pan and heat on stove bringing to boil. When mixture begins boiling, take toothpick and press down into remaining essential oils, then swirl into the ingredients already in pan. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!

HONEY glazed HAMServes 10–12

Ingredients:6 lb Ham w/bone240 ml Honey60 ml Maple Syrup120 ml Orange juice2 drops Cinnamon Essential Oil2 drops Clove Essential Oil3 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

Directions:Combine Honey, Maple Syrup, Orange juice and essential oils into a double boiler. Stir until combined. Cook ham as directed on package. For last hour of cooking, baste glaze on top of ham every 10 minutes using the glaze on bottom of pan. Repeat until ham is cooked thoroughly. For last 15 minutes of cooking, turn oven to broil. Baste ham last time and broil for 15 minutes until ham is a dark golden brown color. Take out of oven and cover with aluminum foil for 15 minutes or until ready to serve. Enjoy glaze from bottom of pan as a sauce.
