PROGRESS REPORT Completion of Field Work and Data Collection Completion of Data Analysis Finalization and submission of Conclusions and RecommendationsBrief Report on each of the above:Completion of field work and data collection: Major data was collected during the process of Business development and client servicing role of mine. Nearly 25 plus calls to clients were made on daily basis and tried to convert major of the calls into meetings. Out of the total meetings attended and the number of briefs taken from clients in those meetings, they are further categorized into the period that they want their event or activity to be executed. Completion of Data Analysis: The collected data i.e. number of calls made to a specific industry and number of meetings and briefs from specific industry are analyzed. More than 90% of the Briefs of Banking and Entertainment are specifically for non monsoon period and Festival. While 65%+ briefs of FMCG were for Non monsoon but the remaining briefs were even for Monsoon or all round the year. From the Questions asked to Clients on telephonic conversation or in meeting, more than 70% clients said that they dont have any specific work for now or upcoming 2 to 3 months

Finalization and submission of Conclusions and Recommendations: From the analysis of interviews and other raw data, it can be concluded that major of the BTL activations takes place during festivals. Monsoon becomes a slack period for major of the industry, but still urban activations are executed in Monsoon especially for FMCG products in Retail outlets and Mall activities.As a BTL activation agency it is recommended to pitch and sell client the ideas of BTL and creative on the basis of seasonality of Industries and even to take in consideration the festivals that can be used as an edge to sell their service as many activations brief are for Festival period.
