IMPORTANT NOTICE

If a candidate has taken admission in Ist Round by paying fees and in

case he/she gets a seat in Second round of Online Counselling,

his/her seat of First Round will automatically get cancelled. He will

not have any claim on the seat got in Ist round. For refund of Fees,

student should contact the institute. The Fees will be refunded as per

rules mentioned in the Information Brochure.

For taking admission in the college, where seat is allotted in 2nd

round, the candidate has to deposit FEES afresh again in the allotted

college during Reporting period.

If the candidate does not deposit fees in the allotted institute of

Second round of Counseling, but has taken admission by paying

fees in the first round, his both seats shall stand cancelled. For

refund of fees, the rules and regulations as mentioned in the

information brochure shall be applicable.

If the candidate does not get any seat in second round of counselling

and have got admission by paying fees in the first round of

counselling, then first counselling seat shall be retained.

If the candidate does not get any seat in second round of counselling

and has not deposited fees in first round of counseling, then he/she

will not get any seat.

For withdrawal of seat during Counselling, the candidate should

report to the Punjab Technical University alongwith the documents.
