Introduction: Much more common on long seams on garments such as jeans and shirts is the so- called lap-felled seam.

Introduction: A folding device turns of the edge under and warps the strip over the edge of the main fabric. Bias cut strip would normally be used, unless the fabric had an element of stretch.

Introduction : It is a method of fitting of fabric into a small space, which is good on very bulky fabrics. It also gives a decorative effect.

NAME OF THE PLEAT: INVERTED PLATE
