Theme: Tomie DePaola How parents can help: Have your child state his/her opinion about topics as we are starting our “Opinion” writings. Key words are: “I believe, I think, I feel…” Consider purchasing an inexpensive set of addition/subtraction flashcards and start flashing a few each night. We MUST know our addition/subtraction facts to 20 by the end of the year.
