1.4.1 Procedure
Teams should register online only through the website: https://worldtkd.simplycompete.com
1.4.2 Deadline:
Registration deadline is strictly on September 1th
2017 at 12:00 pm” Al Quds zone time”.
Qualifications
An approved2016 WTF Global Licence (WTF Global Athlete Licence OR Global Official Licence) is required by all athletes and officials who wish to register for the 2017 Palestine Open. WTF Global Licence registrations & renewals can only be made through the WTF recognized Member National Associations and application should be made at least 2 months before the Tournament starts to ensure the WTF licence can be processed and approved in time. There will be NO WTF Global Licence registration onsite. View the WTF Licence Registration Process in the following 8 languages:

Event Registration . Registration is only accepted through the WTF Event Registration system
https://worldtkd.simplycompete.com and registration is only possible with a valid 2016 WTF Global Licence. The following documents are required for all participants to be uploaded and approved by the National Federation and WTF before you are able to register yourself or your teamthrough the WTF Event Registration System. For ALL participants (athletes and officials)
1. Valid National ID or Passport of the National Federations you are registering for a WTF Global Licence.
2. WTF Signed Event Liability Waiver (page 3 only) – valid for 5 years 3. Color Portrait ID picture. Additional documents required for: 5. To register a Doctor – Proof of Medical Doctor/Physio therapist certificate in English

Entry Fee: The entry fee is USD 50 per registered athlete. All payments shall be made in cash during registration.

2.1 ELIGIBILITY
• Holder of the WTF Global Athlete (GAL) 2017.
2.2 CATEGORIES
• Cadet: Male and Cadet Female
• Juniors: Male and Juniors Female.
• Seniors: Male and Seniors Female.
2.3 WEIGHT DIVISIONS
WTF-classes. Senior Male: -54, -58, -63, -68, -74, -80, -87, +87.
Senior Female: -46, -49, -53, -57, -62, -67, -73, +73.
Junior Male: -45, -48, -51, -55, -59, -63, -68, -73, -78, +78
Junior Female: -42, -44, -46, -49, -52, -55, -59, -63, -68, +68.
Cadet Male: -33, -37, -41, -45, -49, -53, -57, -61, -65, +65.
Cadet Female: -29, -33, -37, -41, -44, -47, -51, -55, -59, +59.

3 TECHNICAL DETAILS
3.1 CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS
3.1.1 Individual awards by rank:
Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective weight division:
• 1st PLACE : GOLD MEDAL & CERTIFICATE
• 2nd PLACE: SILVER MEDAL &CERTIFICATE
• 3rd PLACE : BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE
• 3rd PLACE : RONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE

3.1.2 Team awards by rank:
Based on the point system below, the top Three Teams of the Men’s division and the top Three Teams of the Women’s division will receive trophies.

3.2 TECHNICAL COMMITTEE:
The Olympic Committee will appoint the Technical Officials such as the Competition Supervisory Board while the Technical Delegate will be appointed by the WTF and recommended by ATU and the International Referees will be appointed in coordination with the WTF Referees Division.
3.2.1 Technical Delegate:
One (1) Technical Delegate will be appointed to oversee the Tournament and make decision on
technical matters.
3.2.2 Supervisory Board:
Three Competition Supervisory Board members, including the Technical Delegate will be appointed. The Organizing Committee shall pay for the expenses of rooms and board for Competition Supervisory Board Members for (5) night’ stay; Check-in on July the 26 September and check-out on the July the 1 October..
3.2.3 International Referees:
Thirty International Referees, including Review Jury, will be appointed to officiate during the Tournament. The Organizing Committee shall pay for the expenses of room and board for International Referees for 5 nights’ stay; Check-in on July the 26 September and check-out on the July the 1 October. The Organizing Committee shall pay a per diem of US100 Dollar to the Selected Technical Officials during the competition period (for actual Competition Days).
3.3 HEAD OF TEAM MEETING AND DRAWING LOTS SESSION:
3.4 COACHES:
• Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the competition areas.
• Coaches can enter the competition area only with proper Sport shoes and proper tracksuit.
• All coaches must be 18 years or older.
3.5 PROTEST:
As we use IVR (Instant Video Replay), protest is not allowed.
4 LOGISTICS:
4.1 ENTRY
4.1.1 Visa and perditions:
due to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories, there is no airport in Palestine, The arrival and departure of any nationalities with the exception of Arab nationalities can be from the airport of Israel, and these nationalities enable us to obtain a visa to enter Israel if necessary. The organizing committee will transfer from Israel Airport to Ramallah, which takes an hour and a half.

Arrival and departure
Unfortunately, due to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories, there is no airport in Palestine,
hence, arrival and departure can be managed through:
4.1.1.1 Through Qween Alia Airport/ Amman:
1- A representative of the organization committee will be in charge to collect delegations from
airport to the Jordanian King Hussain Cross Border.
2- From Jordanian King Hussain Border, a private bus called Jett Company which will take
them to the Palestinian Side of Crossing Border in Jericho.
3- From Jericho, bus service will deliver them to Ramallah.
4.2 TRANSPORTATION
The organization committee will handle local transportation between the sport venue and hotels. The
Olympic Committee will be in charge of the teams’ transportation only in Ramallah City.
4.3 HOTELS
Accommodation charges for room and boarding of the competitors and team officials shall be borne by
