Unisarc is a modular and completely air-insulated switchboard for up to 24 kV networks. This environmentally-friendly switchboard can be equipped with air switch-disconnector or vacuum circuit breaker. Unisarc offers a wide range of functions making it a very versatile switchboard.

FBX: SF6-insulated solution for up to 24 kV networks
FBX is the leading gas-insulated (SF6) ring main unit for secondary distribution applications. In its compact version, it acts as a Ring Main Unit, includes up to five different functions in a single gas-filled tank and can be easily integrated into a substation.In its extensible version, it becomes a fully modular switchboard suitable for industrial applications including, for instance, MV metering functions.

Flusarc is a very compact gas-insulated ring main unit for 36 kV networks. It can be equipped with an SF6 switch-disconnector or vacuum circuit breaker with a three-position disconnector.
Particularly compact, it is suitable for many applications and wind farms in particular.

To optimize the continuous availability of electric power and reduce/eliminate operators’ field intervention time for fault localization, AREVA T&D offers an innovative range of control and monitoring devices for medium voltage networks:> DAX and DAX-I (integrated) overcurrent fault
detectors give many choices of threshold values for both earth and phase faults.
> D3X/D4X, directional earth fault detectors for Petersen coil neutral system.
> RCX-ITI, RCX-ECIC and RCX-OSCT are RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) which enable the remote control of MV switchgear, recloser and aerial switch and eliminate the need for field inspection by operator for fault localization and local operations. They communicate with SCADA through IEC 870.5.101/104, HNZ, DNP3 and many others protocols.
> RCX-ATS is specially designed for automatic power switching managing fault detection and transfer to the backup source. It maintains a permanent power supply of the applications (hospitals, airports, etc.).
> DMX is a monitoring device that manages digital inputs with information coming from the substation such as transformer temperature, oil level, etc., and commands digital outputs according to predefined settings. The RS485 serial link allows the full remote control through Modbus protocol.

FLUVAC® CIRCUIT BREAKER
Fluvac® is a really different and innovative circuit breaker in that it incorporates a vacuum circuit breaker, a disconnector and an earthing switch in one single SF6 or nitrogen (N2) insulated stainless steel enclosure.
This 3-in-1 apparatus greatly reduces the overall width and weight of the switchgear it is incorporated in. It is also easily dismantled and interchangeable.
COMPOSITE DRIVES
AREVA T&D has developed a revolutionary concept: innovative thermoplastic mechanisms for switchgear to replace the traditional steel mechanisms. These mechanisms will be used for all switching operations on AREVA T&D switchgear. They offer the same guarantee and even higher durability as steel but with a lighter weight and reduced number of parts. In addition, they are maintenance free (no greasing), impervious to environmental conditions and have plug&play motorization.
CLIPPER SUBSTATION
AREVA T&D has designed the safest MV/LV prefabricated substation, compliant with IEC 62271-202 with an Internal Arc Class of 20 kA 1 s in both light concrete and metal enclosure.The resistance to temperature is also setting a new standard with 10 k class for the whole substation (IP43) and 5 k class for the transformer compartment.This substation is suitable for up to 24 kV switchgear and 1,250 kVA transformers.
