About the Chief Guest and Key Note Speaker:-Presently working as a faculty member at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty DistanceEducation Department. She is also a visiting professor at the Faculty of Engineering at JamiaHamdard University, India. She has over thirty-five years of experience focusing on quality-basedequitable, sustainable and ecological aspects of open and distance learning. Dr. Kurubacakserved as a R&D and International Relations Group Coordinator at the College of Open Educationof Anadolu University between 2014-2018 and as Quality Group Coordinator between January2020-March 2020 at Anadolu University Open Education System. She is the founder and editor-in-chief and also the founding member of the Open and Distance Education ProgramsAccreditation Association.
