ACS exerts a computerized control that is well organized to access the resources (building, small area or room in building, assets in a building etc.). Time and attendance system is to process the access grant logs to generate the attendance reports as per the standards of an organization.

Access Control
ESS-ACS is a comprehensive
access control management
system designed to provide a
user-friendly environment to
configure the controller,
readers, schedules, access
levels and several ACS
features.
ESS-ACS Features:
It exerts a computerized control that is well organized
to access the resources (building, small area or room
in building, assets in a building etc.). It acts as a
medium between operator and Hardware (Controller).
Its core functionality is to send the commands,
instructions, requests and data to controller and
receive alarm responses from controller, and notify
same to operator.
Device Management: It includes discovering
controller on the network and configure of
controller which will be 1,2 and 32 door controllers.
It has an option to add controller manually and
interfaces for doors, input and output.

Time and Attendance
The basic function of time and attendance system is to
process the access grant logs to generate the
attendance reports as per the standards of an
organization. It automates day-to-day activities by
performing administrative tasks such as tracking work
hour, calculates benefits accrued, time and expense
entry, generating reports, and provides valuable
information making business more efficient.
ESS-TNA is a comprehensive Time and Attendance management system designed to provide a user-friendly environment to configure the TNA terminals and define various attributes of time and attendance.
ESS-TNA Features:
User Access Levels: It is broadly categorized into
three different Roles as Employee, Supervisor (Line
Manager) and Admin.
E-Mail Notification: Email notification facilitates users to be posted with the activities in real time, which enables the actions to be taken in less time. Approve Forms: It is used to approve the Leave, OT of employees and Manager/Supervisor has the rights to approve the Leave and OT requests. Delegation: TNA system provides facility to identify users who will be delegated TNA role of other users in lieu, for TNA related activities. Reprocess Data: It is used to re-calculate the data based on assigned shift to an employee.
Shift Management: It provides wide range of

Roster Management: It provides two possible ways to create the roster. ▪ MANUAL ROSTER MANAGEMENT ▪ AUTOMATED SYSTEM ROSTER MANAGEMENT
Over Time Calculations: OT shall be calculated if
and only if employee is eligible for OT and total
hours are greater than shift hours, it is mandatory
to have a roster created to get the shift details for
the day employee is working on.
Leave Calculation: It provides an option to define
the leave types and assign leave to an employee.

correct the punch discrepancy, with following

Guard Tour
A guard tour system helps
organizations to organize,
log and execute guard tours
in their assets ensuring that
the officers will accomplish
their tasks within the
predefined time intervals.
Guard Tour give option to check and record the time that a guard executes his guard tour by scanning specific checkpoints assigned on the area he patrols.
Patrol plan includes Route, Interval, Rounds and
Roster in a day.
Route: List of checkpoints in an order
Interval: A time difference between each check point
Rounds: One or more cycle in a day (different starting interval)
Roster: A day on which guard will be assigned with a patrol plan

describe all of their activity.

officers in order to validate that guard tours are
executed properly in time.
Logs: A guard tour system will help you get proper
historical data for all patrols executed in specific
time intervals. Any guard tour is recorded and all
details are available in secure databases.

Reporting: Create customized tours per site linked to

Mustering
It keeps a record of who is in
the building at all the times so
that, in the event of an
evacuation, a list of everyone
in the building at the time of
evacuation can be consulted
and people checked off as
they’re accounted for.
This module is for taking the logs using the
application and send to the server to track the
employees/users for their recent location into the
working area of the building/site. Specially the case
when some hazardous situation occurs in such heavy
sites and it is requiring security person to assembled
employees to somewhere into Assembly points areas
so we can have track of every working employees on
the sites and make sure that all are safe. As this
module, also will work in offline mode when server is
down or no connectivity with server.
The readers in mustering system are categorized into three different types such as Head Count, Assembly Point and Roll Call.
▪ Roll call List of card holders at danger zone need to be evacuated on higher priority.
▪ Head Count helps to track the number of people at designated area such as canteen, library etc.
▪ Assembly Point indicates the list of people who are at safe place.
Mustering Features: People Counting Capabilities: Fastest possible certainty of site evacuated - manual systems take much more time due to no overall visibility of total number of people on plant and or at muster areas. Mustering keeps a secure, real-time List of WHO is on
site and WHERE they’re located. In an Emergency,
Mustering is ready to help you protect your
workforce, and to keep them safe.
As People assemble at any Muster Point, they register
with Mustering, and this quick, simple operation
moves them to the consolidated SAFE list.
Mustering design is virtually places the
mustering points according to the map. As the
employees punches the card in the region
where virtual mustering points are placed,
then the count in the virtual mustering points
will be updated.

readers which were virtually added. When the
mode is in online then user can see the change
in the count that are updated as cards are
flashed. When offline user can only be able to
see the templates.
Visitor Management
In many environments, visitors are still asked to enter their information in a paper log book. Visitor Management module tells us the information about all the visitors who visits the company. Here there are five customized parts of respective management namely

Software Integration: There are three major different types of Software integration as listed below.
▪ Software Integration to import master information (Personal details) from third party software (Ex: HR system)
▪ Software Integration to export the processed attendance information to payroll or HR system.
▪ Software Integration to Import the Attendance logs from third party Access control system to ESS-TNA to process the logs and generate the sophisticated reports.
Hardware Integration: Time and attendance terminals or Access control readers are the important components in Attendance system thus indeed used to record the transaction of events occurred (Such as Punch-In/Punch-Out etc.). ESS-TNA is successfully integrated with well recognized ACS systems including BOSCH, Galaxy Control System, G4S and ZK-Teco.
