Cause of Action

The FOREIGN CHRISTIAN CORPORATION and/or Government DEFACTOs of the UNITED STATESSERVICE CORPORATION, and any derivatives thereof, and all principals and agents (“you”) are herebynotified that your ability to profit from, and/or do commerce using the above-named 14 th amendment persons tomis-characterize and defraud has been stopped; WHEREBY this equitable estoppel forbids and protects theliving breathing aboriginal indigenous heir to the American lands – who is the Secured First Party Creditor frombeing harmed by aforementioned foreign U.S./U.S.A./United States/UNITED STATES regimes and allderivatives thereof; also forbids their unlawful voluntary conduct by way of any action, silence, Acquiescence,or concealment of material facts; thereby estopped from profitting and/or any form of commerce against theConstitution for the united States and/or the Morocco Empire Treaty of Peace and Friendship 1786/1836 aspertaining to the 14th amendment artificial persons listed herein. REVOKING THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP

I, Nassor Mooruts Bey, hereby give notice to the fiduciary person; Steven Terner Mnuchin, doing business as:the United States Secretary of the Treasury who is also the responsible person for the aforementioned artificialpersons, and the state's plagiarized name Victor Leon Washington designation; as VICTOR LEONWASHINGTON that my Mother called me when I was born. Persuant to the Public Commercial TrustAdministration authority for fuduciary relationship in the nature of any and all liability and tax notices; ITOTALLY REVOKE, RESCEND, AND TERMINATE THE FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP, and TOTALLYSURRENDER ANY AND ALL AFORMENTIONED FEDERAL PERSONS, MUNICIPAL ARTIFICIALPERSONS, 14TH AMENDMENT PERSONS, AND ALL DERIVATIVES THEREOF to the U.S.Treasury/United States Treasury/UNITED STATES TREASURY and derivatives of the name. The fraudulenttribunal and administrative proceeding that issued the Birth Certificate Bond is the State of Texas, County ofHarris, Industrial Hospital, registrar located at 2715 Jensen Drive Houston Texas. The date recorded by registraris October 6, 1958, and the State File Number on the birth certificate/birth number is 20272; as evidenced byimages of the revoked and surrendered authenticated birth certificate (attached).
