Security Questionnaire/Declaration for ABGI B.V. Suppliers
Access Business Group International B.V. (hereafter "ABG") in Venlo, Netherlands has obtained the Authorized EconomicOperator (hereafter "AEO") certificate in the European Union and strongly urges Supplier to adopt the security standardsof the program, or the equivalent supply chain security program criteria administered by the Customsadministration in Supplier's home country.
As an Authorized Economic Operator, ABG will be required to make periodic assessment of its international supplychain based upon AEO security criteria. ABG encourages Supplier to take such reasonable measures as may benecessary to cooperate with ABG supply chain security assessments and to ensure that pertinent security measuresare in place and adhered to throughout Supplier's supply chain.
The following are suggested security measures recommended by the European Commission as part of the securityamendments of the Community Customs Code. Please refer to the ABG Supplier Portal (Europe) for more informationon the business partner requirements described in the AEO Security Guidelines or access the program requirements:http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/index_en.htm
