When an individual invests in their safety and that of their property it is the most priceless investment they can make. It is considered priceless as the demise, injuries or loss to their source of livelihood may have a detrimental impact on them.
Different individuals, organizations, companies and activities require different levels of security. Some individuals are more prone to attacks and have high security needs than others hence require a different security service quote.
Factors determining the security service quote
Whether the service to be provided is urgent or not it will determine the type of quote that will be sent to the individual. Urgent security needs are more expensive than those that are not.

Location specification. Customers need to give as much detail about their position as possible. This is because the location of the customer will be very important when determining the risk posed to them.
For example a business located in the slum is more predisposed to robbery, pilferage and other vices unlike those located in suburbs and in the CBD. Security service quote for the latter will be less compared to that of the former.
Contact detail. These includes; the name of the business or individual and his title, telephone number, company name, the type of business in question, e-mail address and fax number of the client. Communication is very important in ensuring the efficiency of any undertaking hence in delivering security services, it is vital too.
Description of the task undertaken by the security officers. This guides the security company in ensuring that they deploy the most fitting officers. The client’s needs are supreme hence the officers must be able to meet the client’s obligation.
Type of officer required. The security service quote will differ with the type security officers the customer is requesting. Different service quotes exist for armed, unarmed, patrol service, special service officers.
The type of security service quote delivered to the customer will differ from one Security Company to another. Established companies are likely to offer high service quotes compared to less established ones.
Prevention is better than cure hence it is always good to act proactively and not reactively. The best way of doing this is by ensuring that one request for a security service quote is prior to the occurrence of injuries to their person or property.
Customers should always do their home work on the company they want to send a request, for service quote as some companies don’t live to their expectations.
