The structure stands out once again, as a historic building in Taos, NM. FBC, Taos, believes it is partly due to the generosity and vision of New Mexico Bapsts. They want to say “thank you” to all who have given to the Mission New Mexico Offering. ( Canadian missionaries, Ron and Linda DeMoss, put together a book of pictures showcasing all that the summer interns took part in. If you have an opportunity, stop by the office and look through the book). Dear Emmanuel Bapst Church, Thanks so much for your generous giſt to help us, once again, buy airline ckets to bring 2 Summer Interns to Canada, to serve at Mapes Bapst Church. We had a blessed summer with them, and God honored your giſt, as well as, the prayers that accompanied your giſt. At VBS we saw 40 children enrolled and we praise God for the 2 older children responding to an invitaon to trust in Christ for salvaon. This summer we held VBS at the end of July so our summer interns, Kristen and Ethan, could invite children and have me to build relaonships in the community. The book we are sending reflects a summer filled with, “weekly relaonship building and acvies where we could gather children for the sole purpose of sharing God’s love through Christ”. As a church that already has the vision and a heart for mis- sions I pray that the photos in this book will encourage you as you see how God has honored and blessed your giſt and your mission hearts. Please know that in Northwest Canada your church is considered to be a partner in the victories and a fellow warrior in the bale for the hearts and souls God led our way this past summer. May these photos be used to prompt targeted prayers for our ministry here in Brish Columbia, for all mission sites across this globe, and for more workers to answer God’s call and go to faraway places to share Christ’s love and His saving truth.
