Looking for Better…
Better Start with TAZOTM
A naturally occurring soil bacteria,Azospirillulm produces plant responses that stimulate lateral branching and root development. Azospirillum also fixes atmospheric nitrogen and passes nitrogen directly to the plant. Supplementing fertility.
What is Azospirillum?
1. Improved drought tolerance from larger root mass2. Improved nutrient uptake from increased
root hairs3. Increased nutrient levels due to fixing of
atmospheric N―supplements applied N4. Quicker stand establishment
Benefits…
Researchers have known about Azospirillum for several years. However, early products weren’t stable enough to provide significant benefits.Google search will find 86,000+ references
Why Haven’t I Heard About Azospirillum?
Bacteria can be sensitive to environmental conditions like heat and moisture. Uninsulated from these elements, their viability may decline before they can impact the crop. Not so with TAZOTM!
In A Word – Survival!
Why is Stability Important?
TAZOTM uses an advanced stabilization technology that keeps more bacteria viable so consumers receive more benefit. Packaged TAZOTM remains viable for over one year. TAZOTMhas been shown to be viable on seed for one year.

Essentially TAZO is applicable to all areas where grass is grown.Variety testing has been conducted on bluegrass, ryegrass – perennial and annual, fescue and bent.
Where Does TAZOTM Perform Best?
Treating grass seed with TAZOTM :

Liquid: 8 oz per cwt TAZOTM Liquid2.5 gallon container
TAZO pays in fewer call backs, more satisfied customers and quicker stand establishment

Product
TerraMax has developed a seed treatment product that can be used to deliver microorganisms. This is applied as a powder directly on the seed.
DescriptionVarious concentrations and product formulations were tried in this experiment. Kentucky Bluegrass seed was treated and planted in a soil mixture. The plants were raised under flourescent lights and watered together as needed. Root volumes were measured six weeks after planting
