It is my great pleasure to present to you this directory, updated for the first half of the year 2014. We have carefully selected some leading Thai life science companies that has prospect to grow into the global market.

Last year have seen increasing investment in the life science industry, many companies have been granted investment privi-leges from Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), including those certified by TCELS as biotech companies. Further, more partner-ships have been built in the past year between Thai companies and Thai-overseas companies, especially those partnerships with members of The Thai Association for Biotech Industries (ThaiBIO).

In 2013 we have open new channels of communication with our stakeholders to respond to domestic and international needs. TCELS Hotline was started in August 2013 to provide answers related to life science industry, with intelligence backed up by our database of companies and supporting facilities. Thailand Life Science Business Forum is the other channel provided by TCELS on a monthly basis as a platform for face-to-face networking, each time on a particular life science topic.

As Thailand aspires to become a global player in life science, we are opening up and explore new opportunities to foster a new generation of life science companies through international part-nerships.

The lab is equipped with the state-of-the-art equipments for testing and analysis in nano-scale measurements and characterization. A team of experts and well-trained technicians are there to provideservices of fast response, high precision, and high quality standard.In 2011, the lab performed over 6000 technical testing services.

Technology Transfer / Business DevelopmentTTBD Division works to forge relationships with industry, the investment community, academia and government. TTBD act as a catalyst for nanoscience and technology development and hasdeveloped a strong infrastructure for commercialization and collaboration. In the area of technology licensing, the division work closely with the Technology Licensing Office of the National Science and Technology development Agency (NSTDA) to fostercommercial investment in the development of inventions and discoveries flowing from the research at NANOTEC. We do this through licensing of the intellectual property resulting from our research.

The center is a repository of information and databases relevant to the life sciences industry, It is also a connecting hub with the ability to direct some specific requests to the right parties.
