Self employed mortgage advisor: We are a well-established financial brokerage based in Northwood (Middlesex, London) and currently looking for an experienced mortgage and protection advisor to join our growing team. If you are pro-active and looking for a profitable self-employed opportunity with a solid brokerage then this could be an ideal role. The right person will be self-motivated, have your own existing clients, which you are looking to grow. With the mortgage and protection market changing and so many new regulations coming in to play, we are offering the right candidate all the compliance and administration support they require, to simply focus on writing business. Commission: A commission split of 70% will be paid to the advisor. 30% will be retained by the firm. Key requirements for this role: • Full CeMap qualifications are essential • CAS status is beneficial but is not required • To have their own client base and looking to expand and grow this • Be able to develop and build relationships with new and existing clients. • Be able to work independently • You must be able to set and work towards monthly targets • You must follow company and compliance procedures efficiently and effectively • You must be flexible to attend training days and compulsory meetings What we provide: • Access to whole of market lenders for Mortgages, Re-mortgages and BTL Business • Access to whole of market for Protection business. • Access to commercial, bridging and specialist providers • Full office access in Northwood • PI & Compliance provided. • Administration services provided. • Training & CPD provided. • Retaining ownership of your original clients • Working with you to arrange seminars to grow your business.
