Whereas: The Student Government of the University of North Florida was established to represent student concerns in all University wide matters; and

Whereas: Under Title VI, 607.1 C, At the next Senate meeting, the results will be validated by a majority vote, and then the Elections Supervisor shall post the official results; and

Whereas: 607.3 Installation, The Installation process shall begin within five (5) business days of the last day of any election. Candidates with the most votes shall assume all abilities and responsibilities of office when and only when, in accordance with specifications of this title and in this order; and

Whereas: 607.3.A- A bill to validate the election is posted by the Election Supervisor.

Therefore: I, Erica Richey, Elections Supervisor of the Fall 2009 General Elections, present the Results to Senate:
