The Sendera BoD is in place for many reasons, but we feelthatourprimarygoal is tohelpmakeSendera themost fantastic, satisfying, andsafeplacetolive;notonlyinAustin, butanywhere.Wefeelweowe that to the813 residents that livehere. Inorderto make this happen, it’s important that each resident recognizesthat there are established neighborhood processes, rules, andguidelines. These include (but are definitely not limited to) property appearance, propertyenhancements, andvehiclerestrictions.Manyof the other topics can be filed under the “good ‘ole neighborly common sense” heading… they are far too many to list here. TheSenderaDeedRestrictionsareinplacetosupportouroverridingcommunitygoal, andtheBoDintendstoenforcetheminthebestandmostprofessionalmannerpossible.Wearecommittedtobeingfair and equitable toALL residents, nomatter the circumstances. In difficult situations we will seek advice from our residents, our management company, and (as necessary) other neighborhoodsin our area.At the same time, we are not opposed to revisingthese restrictions if aparticular situationwarrants such a change. Wealwayswelcomefeedbackandsuggestionsforimprovementstoourcommunity, butwhatwecherishmostisvolunteers!ThemanycommitteesthatwealreadyhaveinplaceareinconstantneedofpeopletoassistinneighborhoodactivitiesPleasecontactanyoftheboardmembersifyouhaveanyquestionsorrequireanyfurtherinformation.
