Hi All! Please find to follow the fixture for the McDonald’s® Hoop Time Senior All Stars Regional Final Day – Grade 5’s and 6’s

• Games are fixtured at 1 x 13 minute games until 10.30 then return to 2 x 8 minute halves for the remainder of the day.

• The day begins at 9:30am so please be at the stadium by 9.15am to ensure the day runs smoothly.

• Registration of your team before the start of your 1st game is of paramount importance. This ensures that any late fixtures and/or updated news for the day can be given out to all teams which helps ensure the day runs as scheduled.

• Upon arrival please register at the desk situated in the foyer • A representative from the winning team of each game will need to bring

the score sheet promptly to the desk where they registered. • 1 winner of the ASB Final and 1 winner of the ASG Finals will be sent

through to the McDonald’s® Hoop Time Senior All Stars State Grand Final day to be held at Dandenong Stadium on Tuesday 27th November, 2012

• Basketball Victoria will provide one size six basketball per court. • First aid equipment is the responsibility of each school. • Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all

times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks. • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure

the day runs as scheduled. • Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up
