We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture Team. • Meet with clients, engineers, and architects tounderstand a project scope, budget, and schedule• Prepare conceptual landscape plans/constructiondocuments, specifications, cost estimates, and proposals• Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposedland features and structures• Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans• Assist in the selection of appropriate materials forlandscape designs• Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, suchas drainage and energy usage• Inspect landscape work to ensure it adheres to theoriginal plans• Train and mentor design staff• Work collaboratively with other engineering and technicaldisciplines within the firm• Responsible for the overall design quality of landscapeprojects

• Assist in the growth and development of the firm

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture• California Licensed Landscape Architect• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a landscapearchitect in a landscape architecture or multi-disciplinarydesign firm• Extensive plant and irrigation knowledge and experiencethroughout Inland Southern California• Experience with public and private sector landscapearchitectural project types• Strong proactive interpersonal client relationship skills• Portfolio of constructed work which demonstratestechnical capabilities• Demonstrated ability to guide and motivate personnel• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Photoshop,Illustrator, Sketch Up, InDesign, and Microsoft Office• Perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrenttasks while working under intensive deadlines• Certified Irrigation Designer (CID) and/or CertifiedLandscape Irrigation Auditor is preferred
