Senior Landscape Architect We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who is committed to learning and expanding their knowledge of their discipline. WEBB offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time associates. In addition to health coverages and financial security, we provide: • Meet with clients, engineers, and architects to understand a project scope, budget, and schedule • Prepare conceptual landscape plans/construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and proposals • Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures • Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans • Assist in the selection of appropriate materials for landscape designs • Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage • Inspect landscape work to ensure it adheres to the original plans • Train and mentor design staff • Work collaboratively with other engineering and technical disciplines within the firm • Responsible for the overall design quality of landscape projects • Assist in the growth and development of the firm • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture • California Licensed Landscape Architect • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a landscape architect in a landscape architecture or multi-disciplinary design firm • Extensive plant and irrigation knowledge and experience throughout Inland Southern California • Experience with public and private sector landscape architectural project types • Strong proactive interpersonal client relationship skills • Portfolio of constructed work which demonstrates technical capabilities • Demonstrated ability to guide and motivate personnel • Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up, InDesign, and Microsoft Office • Perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks while working under intensive deadlines • Certified Irrigation Designer (CID) and/or Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor is preferred
