Dear Sir,

I am directed to enclose herewith copies of seniority lists of the Admin. Officers,

Office Assistants, Senior Clerks and Junior Clerks working under your kind control. It is

requested that the said list may be got circulated among themselves to check their particulars

especially date of appointment/birth as well as qualification and point out any discrepancy

therein in writing to this office through proper channel for rectification of any error/omission

after following the prescribed procedure.

The written request for modification of error alongwith documentary evidences if

any, should reach to this office WITHIN A PERIOD OF 15 DAYS FROM ISSUANCE OF

THIS LETTER, failing which it will be presumed that particulars of concerned officials are in

order/correct. It is made clear to all concerned that (i) date of

appointment indicated in the said list is the date on which an official was appointed/ promoted on

regular basis of their relevant designation and (ii) date of birth is according to their service

book(s). The above lists are being circulated for information/rectification of errors/omissions, if

any, to update the record.
