MAY Thursday, May 3 Jostens Graduation Cap and Gown Delivery Main Gym during Tiger Paws 11:55am—12:55pm Final Senior Class Meeting with Principal Bacon Main Gym during Tiger Time 12:55pm—1:20pm Friday, May 4 Senior Picnic...Seniors Only 10:00am—1:30pm Main Event, Olathe, KS 11950 S, N Kansas City Rd Yearbooks will be distributed. Limited number of Yearbooks available for sale at the picnic cash or credit card only for $80.00.

Thursday, May 10 Mandatory Class Day Rehearsal in Main Gym During Tiger Time and 6th Hour Senior Checkout Sheets due at Rehearsal Friday, May 11 CLASS DAY ...Families Highly Encouraged to Attend Main Gym 9:00am—11:00am All Seniors are expected to attend. Families are encouraged to attend. Seniors must report to the Auxiliary Gym by 8:15am in caps and gowns. Graduation Rehearsal will follow CLASS DAY ALL Seniors are expected to attend graduation rehearsal after Class Day. Sunday, May 13 GRADUATION DAY ...Families Welcome

1:00pm Municipal Auditorium No tickets required/No limit on number of guests 301 W 13th St, Kansas City, MO 64105 All Seniors are required to ride a ONE WAY school provided bus to the graduation ceremony due to parking limitations at Municipal. Graduates meet in the BVHS PAC at 10:00am the morning of graduation, May 13th. Buses will depart at 10:45am from BVHS and will not be able to wait for late students. Additional detailed information will be provided in April. Parking for Municipal available at pay lots and parking garages. Costs will vary.

SENIOR FINALS SCHEDULE

Tuesday, May 8 FINALS: Hours 6 and 7

(Seniors attend Hours 1 through 5)

Wednesday, May 9 FINALS: Hours 1, 3 and 5

Hour 7 Seniors report to PAC after 5th Hr Final(Seniors will be opening Time Capsules,

completing Senior Checkout Sheets, and doing Locker Cleanout during 7th hour)

Thursday, May 10

FINALS: Hours 2 and 4 Seniors report to the Main Gym for Tiger Time for

Mandatory Class Day Rehearsal in Main Gym during Tiger Time and 6th Hour

(roll will be taken)

GRADUATION PHOTOS

Pre-Register to Receive Proofs from GRAD IMAGES Please take the time to pre-register with GRAD IMAGES

through the web address below to receive pictures of your student walking across the stage at Graduation. By pre-registering, you will receive proofs within 48 hours of

Graduation, and may order directly through the proofs email you receive. There is no cost to pre-register and

you can register multiple email addreses so other family members can receive the proofs as well. If you do not

pre-register, you will receive your proofs via U.S.Postal service 2-3 weeks following graduation.
