ORDERING GUIDELINES & GENERAL INFORMATION PricingAll pricing shown is sterling (£) and is subject to VAT at the standard rate. Payment TermsNett 30 days from date of invoice. OrderingAll orders must be in writing and contain all the relevant product information and delivery details. Order AcknowledgementsAll orders will be acknowledged within 24 hours. All acknowledgements should be checked on receipt and Frem Customer Service Department made aware of any issues or amendments. We cannot be held responsible for customer error. Any amendments received after the order acknowledgement has been sent out and the order put into production may be chargeable. Lead-timesLead times may vary due to fabric or component availability. Once received, your order will be acknowledged with a week ending delivery date. Should our lead-time not meet with your expectations then please contact our customer service department who will try and assist in bringing your order forward should it be possible. Product SpecificationWhilst every effort is taken to ensure that all dimensions and specification details are correct, Frem Group can not be held responsible for errors. Frem Group reserve the right to make any changes to the design specification, materials etc without prior notice.

Fabric FinishesNote that whilst Frem Group make every effort to ensure continuity of colour on our fabric finishes, Frem Group can not guarantee an exact match. Any fabrics that do not appear within the fabric matrix will be subject to testing for suitability prior to agreement to supply. Returns/Damaged ProductFrem Group do not accept returns for any reason unless damaged in which case it will be dealt with via our non conformance procedure providing all damages are reported within 24 hours of the delivery. SamplesAll sample chairs are invoiced on delivery and credited on return. Must be available for return within 2 weeks unless agreed by prior arrangement. DeliveriesDirect Deliveries tailgate to UK Mainland - free of charge for a minimum order value of £2500.00 retail. Nominated warehouse deliveries free of charge - there will be a charge of £50.00 for orders under £500.00 retail unless consolidated.Delivery & Installation - please contact our Customer Service Department for project specific pricing. Warranty5 Years – under fit for purpose use. All fabric is covered by the individual fabric manufacturers warranty. Warranty ClaimsAll product must be returned to FREM Group at the customers own expense. Frem will return the product to the client free of charge.
