PRESS RELEASE SensoryEffects ® acquires Anderson Custom Processing’s Sleepy Eye, MN manufacturing facility DEFIANCE, OH (March 14, 2014) SensoryEffects announces it has acquired the Sleepy Eye, MN manufacturing facility of Anderson Custom Processing, which includes two spray dryers and other blending equipment and technology. This site will be integrated into the SensoryEffects Powder Systems business, which is a leader in customized, emulsified powder systems. Charles A. Nicolais, President and CEO of SensoryEffects said, “We are looking forward to adding another spray drying facility to our business which will not only support the continued growth of our company, but will further enhance our processing capabilities for customers. The Sleepy Eye site has a long and successful track record of satisfying broad processing requirements with outstanding customer service.
