SMART Goal Verification

SMART Goal EvaluationThis year adds an evaluation componentFor each item in the action plan, you must:Tie it to one or more SMART GoalsEvaluate What workedEvaluate What didnt workDetermine What modifications will we make to the planSMART Goal Evaluation

ConclusionWill end with a one or two page summary of the modifications to overall program at your site based upon the individual action plan evaluation

Other ConsiderationsThis should be done jointly with the School Site CouncilNot, the AP writes it and the SSC rubber stamps itDocument the process in your SSC minutesMany plans currently have a significant number of action steps on their plansConsidering focusing your action plans in the 14-15 SPSAThis will help narrow down the number of initiatives your are monitoringThis will help with the eventual evaluation in 15-16 DeadlineOctober 31st, with approval from School Site CouncilHaikuAcademic English Learners/Student Support
