Three commercial forms, one updated version and two new ones, are now availableon Florida Realtors Form Simplicity. The Commercial Contract (CC-5), previously theCC-4, has been updated. Additionally, two new exclusive customer agreements, anExclusive Tenant Brokerage Agreement (ETBC-1) and an Exclusive Right to Lease -Commercial (ERLC-1), have been created.
