We live “in the zone” or “In-Sprit” when we remember that the creative power that sourced the universe is the same creative power that is waiting to express through us in each and every moment. It is listening to our hearts and staying aware of the many ways that Spirit calls us to greater possibilities and to greater fulfillment. It is listening to the call of Spirit and it is the joy of saying “yes.” It is the joy of saying “yes” again, and again, and again. May you live in the zone, and in the flow, and In-Spirit always. Many blessings, Rev. Dalia

Flow is a self-surpassing dimension of human experience

that is recognized by people the world over.

It is lack of self-consciousness, a heightened sense of mastery,

and an experience of self-transcendence.

– paraphrased from psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

To the degree we're not living our dreams,

our comfort zone has more control of us than we have over ourselves.

author Peter McWilliams

Can you imagine – or remember – a moment in which the experience of struggle gave way to an experience

of ease and grace, an experience of focus and mastery? If you are a runner, maybe it was during a

long-distance run when all else slipped away and you became the running. Or if you are an artist or a

writer, it may have been that moment when thinking slipped away and the brush strokes or the words

seemed to simply flow through you.

Athletes call it being in the zone. Psychologists call it being in the flow. For artists it is being inspired.

According to Dr. Wayne Dyer, a way of expressing it in spiritual language is to call it being “in-Spirit.’

Whatever we call it, it is the experience of moving past the every-day sense of limitation and moving into a

state of clarity and peace – a state in which the ego falls away and we are able to be all that we are called to

be. It is a state of mind which is filled with calmness, awareness, and focus. Actions seem effortless and

there is sense of enjoyment and possibility.

Living “in the zone” or “in the flow” is the opposite of living in the comfort zone. Comfort zone living is

a very cautious approach to life. Living in the comfort zone is all about keeping ourselves safe, keeping

everything under control, and staying in familiar territory. Comfort zone living is about protecting the ego

and its endless fears of “not being good enough.” Comfort zone living is about putting the lid on

inspiration and closing the door on possibilities. It is about forgetting who we truly are.

We live “in the zone” or “In-Sprit” when we refuse to allow our worries and fears to set our limitations –

when we decline to be discouraged by appearances. We live “in the zone” or “In-Sprit” when we

remember that the creative power that sourced the universe is the same creative power that is waiting to

express through us in each and every moment. It is listening to our hearts and staying aware of the many

ways that Spirit calls us to greater possibilities and to greater fulfillment. It is listening to the call of Spirit

and it is the joy of saying “yes.” It is the joy of saying “yes” again, and again, and again.

May you live in the zone, and in the flow, and In-Spirit always.

Many blessings,

Rev. Dalia

Pranic Healing® Clinic

See Calendar for clinic times and dates.

Facilitated by Lilia Afshary

Pranic Healing® is a simple yet powerful and

effective system of no-touch energy healing. It

is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-

repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself and

that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force

that is readily available from the sun, air and ground to address

physical and emotional imbalances.

Drumming Circle 7:00 p.m. on the Second

Monday of the Month

Facilitated by Sage Trucano

Drumming has been used for healing, ceremony/

prayer and communion with the Divine Creator

and each other for centuries. Join us in celebra-

tion, prayer and healing using sound and the beat of the mother drum

which is the beating of our hearts.

Bring your own rattles and drums or use the many we have to share.

Dance, sing, rattle, drum or just listen to the healing beats.

No experience is necessary - All are invited to attend

A Love Offering will be taken
