Traction – steering unit Thecast-irongeartrainhashelicalgearsimmersedinanoilbath.Themotorismountedverticallyforefficientventilationandtoeliminateflexingstressestothepowercablestoensuremaximumuptime.Thesteeringisactuatedbygear-gear,amaintenanceandregulation-freesystem.

Hydraulic unit Thesilent,powerfulhydraulicpump,activatedbytheelectricmotor,isofdoublegeartype.Thetransparenttankmakesthecheckingofthehydraulicoilleveleasy.Allhydraulicsfunctionsareactuatedbysolenoidvalvesactivateddirectlybythetillerpushbuttons.Liftandloweringarebyproportionalcontrol.

Electronic controls TheCombiMOSFETcontrollermanagesboththeACtractionengineandtheDC

liftmotoreliminatingtheneedforcontactors.Highenergyefficiencyandmotorperformanceincreasesshiftoperationtimeandreducesbatterycharging.Thecombined characteristicsofthetractionmotorandtheoperatorcontrolpanelenhancetheefficiencyofthereleaseandinversionbraking,withoutreductionofautonomy.Thisleavestheelectromagneticbrakeforparkingandemergencies.Electronicperformanceparametersareeasilycustomisedbyaservicetechnician.Thetruckperformanceoutputcaneasilybematchedtoensurethemaximumapplicationrequirements.
