Purchasing Leica Geosystems’ products is just the beginning
of our partnership. Ensuring your investment is maintained to
continuously perform to the highest standard is the job of our
dedicated worldwide service and support team. Our country-
based infrastructure is able to offer a range of Standard Service
Products (SSPs) or single service packages to suit both your bud-
getary needs and service demand. In addition, we are on stand-
by to offer repair services should our help be required throughout
the lifecycle of the product.
ANNUAL AGREMENTS
Warranty Extensions
Following the worldwide factory warranty that accompanies all
new instruments, you are able to seamlessly continue to have
peace of mind for free of charge repairs (Labour and Parts)
through choosing our warranty extension program. One or two
year packages are available and can be bundled together with
other SSPs when purchasing your new investment.
Following warranty, depending on your needs and your
equipment’s importance for your overall production, you can
choose between our comprehensive Silver and Gold packages.
All Gold and Silver SSPs are packaged to include factory specified
check-list style preventative maintenance. Maintenance checks,
cleaning and adjustment are performed prior to compensation
and final recertification to ensure that your investment is kept in
prime condition further limiting the risk of breakdown. For details
of maintenance tasks conducted, refer to the single maintenance
section of this brochure.
Gold Service Package
This Service product package is an annual agreement comprising:

of purchase. 1 or 2 years are available to provide a 3 year care
package from new – the perfect protection and cost-budgeting

This Service product package is an annual agreement comprising

• Traceablerecertificationtonationalstandard
• Sensorandcontrolleronboardfirmwarerevisioncheckand

the tracker’s life cycle.

SINGLE FIXED PRICE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Annual service contracts are not a priority for your business? No
problem, we can offer you single maintenance and recertification
fixed-price service products for purchase at your convenience.
Simply contact your local service centre and schedule the service
that is best for you. Alternatively, why not consider having us
come to your facility to conduct the work. In many facilities we
are able to perform recertification and a reduced maintenance
program on your premises saving shipping time and logistic
efforts. Speak with your local service centre to see what can be
arranged for your specific needs.
Leica Geosystems maintenance program keeps your system in
excellent condition. Prior to the re-certification to applicable
national standards, a system check and maintenance is performed
in order to ensure the highest continuous measurement
performance and reduced risk of subsequent breakdown. The
status of the system and all performed measurements are
documentedinacomprehensivestatusreportprovidedonCD.
