What is the Spa Etiquette? Arrive early. Remember your treatment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed regardless of how late your star. We do appreciate silence. Cell phones, smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in our Spa. What to bring? Edouard de Paris Spa provides robes and slippers and locker area within the restrooms. Bring casual attire for your comfort. Any lost or left behind articles will be delivered to the Hotel’s Lost & Found Area, however, the Spa nor the Hotel are responsible for any lost items during your visit to the spa and fitness center. How early should I arrive? Arrive at least 20 minutes before your first appointment to allow yourself time to check-in, change and shower – as treatments are better absorbed through clean skin. Next, lounge in the “Salle de Relaxation” (Relaxation Room), where your therapist will meet you. Prices. Prices are subject to change without previous notification or before this service list is updated.

Etiquette

Health Tips. Please disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications, or pregnancy as you check in and most importantly to your treatment specialist. Time in the steam room should not exceed 10 minutes. Drink plenty of water two hours before and after exercise, massage, body or facial treatments. This will aid in liberating your body from toxins. How to Disrobe? You may wear undergarments or swimwear if you feel more comfortable. However our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times. Gratuities. A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill. Spa Day Passes. Enjoy the fitness center, showers, Sauna, “La Salle de Relaxation” (Relaxation Room), lockers for a daily fee of $25. Hotel Guests may use the fitness center at no cost. Spa guests can use the amenities at no cost.

Reservations and Cancellations. We strongly recommend that you book your Salon & Spa services in advance. Spa located at the 10th floor of El San Juan Hotel & Casino, Isla Verde. Open Monday through Sunday from 10am through 8pm. Salon located at La Galería at Lobby Level of El San Juan Hotel & Casino. Open Monday through Saturday from 10am-7pm. Manicure & Pedicure treatments when exposed to suntan lotions or chlorine chemicals may fade away. Cancellation Policy. As courtesy to other guests and our technicians, all cancellations must be received 4 hours prior to your appointment (for online reservations, cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance, special events or group reservations require a 4 weeks cancellation). No show appointments as well as cancellations received after the cancellation period will be charged in full amount. Reschedules are non cancelable.
