INTRODUCTION
Please note that it might take longer to process the order and repair the instrument if the form not is completed.
INSTRUCTION
Please proceed as follows:
Complete the form on following pages.
If the instrument is big, please send it well packed on a pallet or with extra reinforced package.
If the instrument can be sent in plain packaging, make sure it is properly packed. To reduce shipping damage is recommended to have a distance of 10 cm in all directions from the instrument to the packaging
If the instrument is very sensitive shall be marked with appropriate markings on the packaging
Please send the form by e-mail to our service department ([email protected]) for faster attendance to your case. You will receive an e-mail reply with a repair order number.Please mark the shipment with the repair order number (R-number).
Attach a copy of the form to the shipment.
